New! Premium Mini: like a Premium Back-in, but sized for rigs 27’ and under and priced at a lower rate. Availability is currently low as we develop new sites.

Policies
Accessibility: We have wheelchair- and scooter-accessible RV sites available; for more details, see our Accessibility Guide.
Base Rate: All RV site base rates include 6 people, 1 RV, and one vehicle; 6 is the maximum number of guests allowed per RV site. Guests must have an RV to book; sleeping in cars or trucks is not permitted.
Cancellation: See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Code of Conduct: All guests and visitors are required to follow the Cherry Hill Park Code of Conduct during their stay.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in for RV sites is 12:00pm; check-out is 11:00am. Guests may extend their stay until 6pm on the day of departure for an additional $50, subject to availability.
Deposits: A one-night deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Maximum Stay: RV sites have a maximum stay of 21 nights within a 12-month span unless approved by management; email info@cherryhillpark.com to see if you qualify for limited long-term availability.
Parking: All RV site rates include parking for 1 vehicle. Each extra vehicle adds an additional $7 one-time fee to the base rate.
Pets: All RV sites are pet-friendly; pets allowed for no additional fee. Guests must abide by our Pet Policy.
Rally Rates: We offer rally rates. Please contact us at concierge@cherryhillpark.com to set up a visit.
Snowbird Special: Check with us in the winter for discounted rates on stop-over stays.
Subletting: Subletting of sites is not permitted.
Tax: All RV site rates include tax (there is no tax added).
Tiny Houses: Restrictions apply. Please email info@cherryhillpark.com prior to booking.
Visitors: Daytime visitors are allowed, with required pre-registration, in accordance with our Visitors Policy.
